I have 2 question about  the Vista oem w/ Windows 7 coupon.

1) Is the Windows 7 that you recieve from the coupon be a full oem version or just a upgrade.
 (for example if you system crashes can you reinstall your Windows 7 w/ o having to install Vista First)

2) Can you upgrade the Vista install on the system w/o having to do a clean install.
