Please guide me to perform the click action on "New" so that the new account form should be opened at a time without showing the intermittent steps that requires to open it in CCF.

Hi,

Open CRM, Navigate to sales -- Accounts -- New -- 

Then when the window opend press "Ctrl + N" .. this will open the new accounts of sales in a a new IE window. The URL shoud be displayed.

Copy that URL ad create a new hosted application for that action.

That is the easiest way to do that.
