I am having to switch from WME to Expressions, because my new laptop is Windows 7.  I have the expressions encoding setup and working, and I can access the live stream from the Internet, so long as I am on the same computer I am using for encoding.  I can access it using either the actual IP address and port or even using my DynDns service.

But I get nothing if I try to access it from a different computer on a different network.  I know WME had a setting under the Tools...BroadcastSecurity tab that I could use to allow or restrict connections by IP address, but I can't find anything like that in Expressions.

If I connect to the broadcast over the Internet using the same computer I am encoding from, then the Expressions log shows that the machine connected and gives the Internet IP address correctly.  But the log dows not display any of the connection attempts I try to make from a different computer on a different network.

The symptoms you've described suggest the problem experienced is infrastructural and not with the Expression Encoder per se.  That said there are a series of thing you should check to resolve the problem:
