您可以尝试使用  stsadm   -o  deletesolution
command。

Hi there--

All project site templates are stored in the solution gallery. From PWA Go to Site Actions -> Site Settings, Under Galleries click Solutions. Deactivate & delete the solution. if you have access denied, try using the  Farm admin account or with Site acollection administartor's access.

You may try with stsadm -o deletesolution command.
