there is a TFS Process Template and a TFS Build Template but not a TFS build process template.

if you want to determine the process template used with your TFS Team Project than look at the thread How to determine what Process template an existing TFS 2012 project is configured with?

if you want to know which build template is use with your build than look a the Build Definition -> Process.

if you want to upgrade to latest build template than you need to select latest build template in BuildDefinition->Process.
