This is by far the most frustrating and fruitless device installation I have ever made.

Device Manager shows a Microsoft Kinect group with three devices: Camera, Audio Control and Device. The problem is that on both machines the system keeps on showing and then hiding the camera and it goes on forever.

Can you provide us data on what type of USB controller you have? Also, have you tried to plug in the Kinect into a different USB port?
