I'm using a vNext to executed my Coded UI tests. The tests reads the necessary test data from excel file. The test runs fine but it seems that when I update the test data file and check it in, this file is not used during the test build execution. The tests are still using the previous data value. However this is working fine when I execute it on my machine.
I also tried to hard code the test data within the test code itself in order to rule out the possibility that the latest source is not being used. When I tried it this way, the hard coded data was used. Upon removing the hard coded data, the older test data was used once more.
Is there any specific setting I need to change in the build definition to get it to use the latest test data file?
