Using Windows 7, EE4 (1651), and a firewire camera as a video source, we can select the line or microphone inputs as the audio source, however, no matter what we try, the audio is always the audio provided by the firewire source as opposed to the audio fed into the microphone or line-in jacks of the computer.

Further to this bug:

• If the firewire source is added first, then it and all sources added after it will use the firewire audio source regardless of the audio source selected
• If a non-firewire source is added first, then all the sources will use the selected audio source except for the firewire source which will use the firewire audio regardless of which audio source is selected.  EE4 crashes on exit in this case .

System specs:

Win7 32-bit home premium, i5-760 cpu, 2GB ram, TI 1394 card, Intel DH55HC motherboard
