I am creating a new website and have found a nice menu that I like. I just dont know how to get on it. It's the left menu on http://www.silverlight.net/showcase/ website. I really like the blue and white filter menu. Can I make this with states or should I use storyboards or both together or maybe something diffrent. Would be glad for a hint in the right direction or maybe a similar example.
