Take a look at the SnowboardSketch sample from the Welcome screen. In there, you will find a Behavior - DragDropCopyItemBehavior - that does what you want. If one of the ListBoxes is databound, and that ListBox has this particular Behavior, you can drag and drop a data item into another ListBox.
