I was wondering if there is a way to create a collection level group that allows read only access to all projects within the collection or team site.  In the past on TFS this was pretty easy but I haven't been able to do it on VSTS.  I found collection level groups and created a new one but I can't find a way to allow access to all projects without having to individually add every project, and then have to remember to add it here as well if we have a new project created.  This is intended for management level, auditors, etc.
