I'm a little confused by your request. By definition a task with zero duration is a milestone and it looks like you have that. If you are asking to have a milestone and a non-zero duration Gantt bar on the same task then no, a milestone and a performance task are two fundamentally different concepts. You could modify the Gantt Bar to show a diamond as the start of a bar style but that won't make it a milestone.

The correct way to show what you appear to want is to have separate milestone tasks as predecessors to a normal performance tasks. In your example I would set a milestone at the RFQ (0 duration), make that the predecessor to the qual execution (non-zero duration), and finally make that the predecessor to the end of qual (0 duration).
