Hello all,

We added a report using the Excel Web Access web part to the Business Intelligence Dashboard

We're receiving en error message whenever we try to refresh a report in dashboard in Project Server, here is the

message "The data connection uses Windows Authentication adn user

credentials could not be delegated. The following connections failed to

refresh paynestewart ProjectServer2010_Reporting MSP_EpmProject_UserView6

paynestewart ProjectServer2010_Reporting MSP_EpmProject_UserView7

paynestewart ProjectServer2010_Reporting MSP_EpmProject_UserView8

paynestewart ProjectServer2010_Reporting MSP_EpmProject_UserView9"

This causes disabled data refresh to reflect the latest updates.

How can we resolve this issue?

I'm assuming that one solution to this maybe to enable Target Audience feature which can only be done through Central Administration. Once the Target Audience is enabled we can assign an AD group to it. Then assign Target Audience under the Excel Web Access settings. Is this possible? Would this fix the issue?

Have you followed the troubleshooting suggestions at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff487975.aspx?

SharePoint Audiences are more for targetting content at specific users, it won't help with your data refreshing issues I am afraid.
