I have a project that spans two days. If I figure out how to avoid printing the non working hours between the two days, I will be able to fit my project onto 5 pages instead of 10. Any suggestions?

Sorry, a_beau -- the only way to change what prints is to change either the change range (omitting dates) or change the zoom.  I'm guessing you must be zoomed in to hourly ?  Zooming out would make little sense as from your description, you must have a very detailed two-day plan.
