We have a few bugs that, while reported to Microsoft, appear to either be forgotten about or are deemed non-important. As a result, I wanted to see what my options are for better support. My boss seems to think that the Enterprise edition of VS he purchased for me would give some kind of better support package. I think he has to buy a Premier subscription to get anything special. Which is correct?

And if anyone has any experience reporting bugs to Microsoft, I'd be curious as to how well that went. I realize they won't be as fast as I can be. I try to at least verify there is a bug in our apps within an hour and let the user know I'm working on it. I've waited nearly two months for any real correspondence, even with supplying reproducible test cases for every bug. By real correspondance, I'm referring to something more than just labeling the report as "Triaged"
