This is really annoying....when trying to modify VS2017 RC i get the 0x80070057 error..... now also i cant log in to VS.... were getting things ready... thanks for your patience... lol i had patience the first 10 minutes.. but now its like 50 minutes later.... i read solutions but if i uninstall, delete and re install will i still have everything i downloaded before because when i first downloaded, i downloaded about 20+ GB i wanted to modify with another 20 gig but i get the "operation failed" error.... please help guys... thanks in advance...monriqo

After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

After you uninstall and reinstall visual studio, you need to reinstall workloads and individual components.

Firstly, you could repair visual studio 2017RC via visual studio installer and please check your network connection.

Meanwhile, please disable any Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware software on your computer.
