请尝试在MSTest.exe上添加入站防火墙规则，和/或将入站连接更改为"允许"在个人资料级别。 该解决方案应根据需要添加为KB。

I am creating load test rig for remote execution. Following is configuration:

1) Controller - it is under Domain-A
2) Agent1-it is also under Domain-A
3) Client(Which is my desktop with Visual Studio 2017  - it is under Domain-B 

Configured the controller and agent with service account.

and running test using my windows account and having administrator rights on Controller and Agent.Also added my user in

1.Administrators,2. Performance log Users,3. Performance Monitor users,4. Power users,5. Team TestAgentService,

6. Team TestControllerAdmins,7. Team TestControllerUsers

I am able to see controller and agents in Visual Studio on my desktop, and it is connected and ready, but when I am executing load test from my machine through Visual Studio, it gives me following error:

Test run could not be executed. Failed to queue test run to the controller that collects data and diagnostics: Controller. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Please try to add an inbound firewall rule on MSTest.exe, and/or change inbound connections to "Allow" at the profile level.  The solution should be added as a KB as appropriate.
