Is there a script that can backup (find and copy), folders (such as Desktop, Favourites, Signatures, etc), and files such us the .NK2 for a specific User to a network folder? Then restoring them to a new profile of the same user?

In the network folder (eg. \\public\folder1\forlder2\<username>), the backed up Folders and Files have to go to a folder named with the user's profile name (Has to be created if does not exist).

When restoring, finds the requested user, if a folder does not exist yet in the new profile (eg. Signatures folder located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft), has to creat it and its contents.

What you want is called the User State Migration Tool (USMT) which is part of the Miccrosoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT). The MDT has all  of the scripts and programs needed to move a users profile settings.
