我有一个文档库。我的问题是，每当用户点击New并选择模板时，SharePoint必须强制用户更新元数据信息，如上传功能。你能告诉我完成
的办法吗？ 

I have a document library. My question is whenever the user clicks on the New and selects the template, SharePoint has to force the users to update the metadata information same like upload function. Could you please let me know the workaround to accomplish this.

You can make the metadata column as a required column, so that whenever user create a new item SharePoint will not save until fill the column value
