I am looking to know how to change email address policy in standalone office 365 environment, I know on exchange 2013 we just edit policy in mail flow/ email address policy. But what about this environment?

I am looking to change policy from example [e-mail] to [e-mail], i want to keep original address and set new one as my main address for all 600 users. Can this only be done through powershell?

I also have multiple domains, can this policy be applied to all users?

I had previously posted this question on office 365 support but they have advised that this cant be done in the eac and will require customised powershell scripts
