I have written a VBA add-in called "eMarking Assistant" http://eMarkingAssistant.com which I have been selling since 2010. The add-in currently runs in all versions of Office from 2000 to 2016 and 365 on Windows. The main interface is a USERFORM (shown image at end). The field on the left displays a list of comments and highlighting the comment and clicking a button inserts the comment into the assignment that is being graded.
