I have a 3rd-party Acces-add-in in my access 2003 database which allows me to refresh or import data from tables in a cloud based application to my access tables.

I got the add-in from the Company who does the cloud hosting,so I have a subscription with them.

Have you tried asking THEM that question?  Most companies who build "add-ins" would have a better clue as to what they can do, so asking them for help first would be my first move, especially if you have current subscription with them.
