i am a newbie..and i have just started learning using asp.net mvc 4.0
 

however i am facing my first problem,even before getting started 
 
i had asp.net 2010 already installed on my machine,i just downloaded mvc 4.0 on my machine,and now when i try to create the project after selectinng the proper framework and template,i press ok,after that i reach to the view dialog box where i select my viewengine as razor and template as empty,but here when i press okay
 
an error dialog boz pops out describing this error :
