I have loaded up Small Business template 3 - absolutely NO changes, just created a new site in EW and then ftp up to my ISP server and although the layout is fine in Explorer it is totally out of wack in Firefox (latest version).

Any suggestions please?

Its because your server is sending the CSS file down as a plain/text type and therefore is ignored by FF.  You need to have the server send it down as a text/css file.

If this was an Apache server you could do it by adding this line to a htaccess file:
AddType text/css .css

In IIS I think you have to have the MIME type changed.

Basically, its your server and how it broadcasts (not the best word but gets the point across) the file type its sending to the browser.
