There is an Excel document that I need to update every Monday morning at 8 am.  I was just wondering if there were any settings available to automate it opening every Monday at 8 am as long as I'm logged into my computer?  Or is that done through programming language?  I don't know VBA so any help with this would be appreciated.

Have you tried with Task Scheduler of Windows. It can do the job without any proogramming.
