I am currently trying to develop a workflow. This workflow will be a multiple step workflow but the issue I am having is I have to be able to poll on the time the workflow last run. I know how to put the Date and Time Last Run but I don't want the date in the equation. I have to put that if the workflow last run is less than 9:55 am, then proceed with step. But everytime I do that, it is putting the date in that I am creating this step on. Please advise if there is another way to do this. Attatched is a screenshot of what I am doing now.

I attempted to set a variable, which was successful but then the step would not allow me to use the is less than. That option is not available.

From your description, you want to compare the times ignore date with SharePoint Designer workflow. You need to create calculate column to compare the times ignore date, then using the calculated column in the condition of the workflow.
