What’s your project type? Does this issue only happens for this specific project or all projects?

I found it looks like you also raise up this issue in here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\.NETFramework\v4.5\Facades\System.Threading.Tasks.dll'. Remove one of the duplicate references, Right?
