In the vslogs.zip file, you could go to the folder of temp, open the file of dd_xxxxxxxxx.log to check the error for the failed installation, or you could share the log here:

Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

Meanwhile, please make sure you already followed the installation tips as below:

1. Disable any anti-virus

2. Clean up the %temp% folder

3. Run the installer as administrator
