I had an issues my search service application and I had deleted and created new one but its not connecting to share point search admin component. And the search admin service is showing up as error and search service offline. The iis search sites had been deleted and I'm trying to create a new one. Do I need to use sharepoint configuration wizard to create search service.svc and searchadminsvc?
