Is it enough vs 2012 express to learn C# and sql server completely.If it isn't enough, vs2012 enterprise update 4 is enough or i should install vs 2013 latest update or 2015 update 3.

• SQL-Server Express版
• SQL Server Management Studio（SSMS），
