您可以从nuget网站下载该软件包，并将文件扩展名更改为zip。 在zip文件中添加对dll的引用

Hi all,

I can't install NuGet Package Manager as my visual studio 2010 is locked in my profile and I can only use it in the standard installation. 
Is there any solution for this? I would like to use the HTML Agility Pack.

you can download the package from the nuget site and change the file extension to zip.  add a reference to the dll in the zip file
