我正在安装MS Studio Manager 2005，但这会建议我
安装MSXML 6，我安装了此工具，但随后建议安装Power
外壳程序，我也安装了它，但建议安装一些新的工具.
我安装了Windows新的Windows XP 2007SP2.第一次发生此错误.
我安装了很多次MS Studio Manager 2005，但这次却显示错误.

I am installing MS Studio manager 2005 but this will get recomment me to
install MSXML 6 ,i installed this but then it recmoment to install Power
shell ,i install this too but it recomment to install something new tooo.
I installed windows new windows XP 2007SP2. this error occur 1st time.
I installed many time MS studio manager 2005 but this time it show error.

Generally this type of problem occur by compatibility of Operating system.You have to install your OS compatable version.If you are using Windows 7 OS than you have to install 64bit version.
