I am trying to remove the validation for now() from the due date for overall tasks in a custom SPD 2010 reusable workflow ( a copy of the OOB Approval workflow).

I was able to remove that validation from the custom workflow template(.xsn) form using IP designer. I published the workflow.

But still it is showing the validation error when trying to set today's date for the due date overall tasks in a list.
