Hi Folks，

Currently I am facing a critical issue on my SharePoint 2013 production server.

The timer job User Profile Service Application - User Profile Incremental Synchronization is getting failed every time.

我想导入新创建的活动目录用户到SharePoint 2013。

I want to import newly created active directory users to SharePoint 2013.

Manually I tried to execute timer job,  but no luck.

确保用户个人资料服务 和用户配置文件同步服务 全部启动。 



确保Forefront Identity Manager服务和Forefront Identity Manager同步服务均已启动。

Hi Rohan, 

Make sure User Profile Service  and User Profile Synchronization Service  are all started. 

Make sure the Forefront Identity Manager Service and Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service were both started.

Add the Farm account (the one running the SharePoint Timer service) to the the local Administrators group on the Sync server.

Note: I recommend you add it to that group on all the servers in the farm in case you decide to move the Sync service to another server at some point in the future.
