Is it possible for an app to start the screen recording and then put itself in background and then record the screen. I want to use this functionality in one  of my projects. 

It is mentioned that the SourceSuspensionChanged event is raised when the app in not in foreground. Does this mean that an app can only record itself not any other app or homescreen?.
