If we right click and open the  book.xlsx file from Sharepoint, it gives the below error

I have repaired the office. Followed the below procedures as well

Office 2013, Access 2010, Visio 2013 are the office applications installed in Windows 7 SP1. The same sharepoint works in Windows 10.

Hi Boopathi,

Did this issue happen to all users in windows 7 SP1?

It may be caused due to missing "SharePoint OpenDocuments class" add-on in your IE browser. 

You can enable it in Internet Explorer with the following steps:

• Click Tools
• Go to Manage Add-ons
• In the Show box, click All add-ons
• In the Name column, click SharePoint OpenDocumentsClass, click Enable.

If "SharePoint OpenDocuments Class" isn’t listed in the collection of add-ons on your machine, you can try to fix it by the office upgrades/repair.
