Hi Firdose,

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

VS 2017 and VS 2015 are two different products, you couldn't directly downgrade it, if you need to use back to VS 2015,  you can try to remove the existing VS 2017 that install failed before as below:

1. Go to Control Panel—Programs and Features, if there has ‘Microsoft Visual Studio 2017’, right click it and choose ‘Uninstall’
2. Try to delete the following installed folders: (you can back up those folders before any modification, in case we need to roll back)
3. Go to the folder:%ProgramData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio and delete the ‘Packages’ folder and ‘Setup’ folder if there has. 

Then try the following steps: to download the VS 2015:

1.At the bottom of https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/  , click "Older versions"

2. If you are not a subscriber, please sign in with your Microsoft account, then Click "Join now for free">"Downloads" ,  research for Visual Studio 2015, then corresponding VS versions will show up as below:

3. If you are an MSDN download subscriber, you could download from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/downloads/ .
