I am new to designer, and am trying to get a workflow to kick an email off to the email address listed in column "a" in my list, with the criteria being column "b" minus 14 days. Is this possible? I've tried a few different ways and no dice.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!

Hi JadeMarie, 

From your description, you want to send an email to column "a" with condition column "b" minus 14 days.

For date calculations you can use workflow action Add time to Date Action.

In your case it will be like Add -14 Days to b (Output to Variable: date). This will substract 14 days from b.
