I have SCCM CB 1802 infrastructure. Currently managing Windows Server and Client Operating systems. We also have Linux and Unix Servers. Currently Microsoft deprecated the support for Linux and Unix servers with SCCM.
So We are going to leverage Azure Automation, Update Management , OMS Connector and SCCM to manage 1000 Linux / Unix Servers.
Does anyone has the implementation plan and Azure Automation cost to manage 1000 Linux / Unix Servers?

Hello Arun, Azure Automation /Update management is a service included at no additional cost as you only pay for the log data stored in the Azure Log Analytics service. I also encourage you to take a look at the official Automation pricing page to get per unit pricing details as this will help inform your planning+implementation strategy.
Re:"implementation" plan, this is not only a factor of the # of Vms you are monitoring. It is also largely dependent on your existing infrastructure which is hard to replicate without knowing more so my suggestion is to refer to the Azure Automation/update mgmt. documentation and use that as a guide.
