我已经创建了一个sql数据库并将其添加到项目中，然后我右键单击到表中没有创建表的选项。只有两个选项显示：刷新和属性..我该怎么做才能解决这个问题问题????

i have created a sql database and added it to a project and then i right click into table there is no option for creating a table .there is only two options showing : refresh and properties..What can i do to solve this problem????

If so, you could right click the project in the solution explorer window, and then add new item like the tables or others.
