I need to know to approach for developing application for a Doctor such that.

You need to identify what type of app(s) you're going to build, lay out the UX, determine what backend (if any) you'll be using, etc. All these are specific to your requirements and there are many different options available. Prototyping your app and doing some research will help identify your options.
