我必须为客户开发软件，但他不希望用户能够访问桌面或任务栏或任何其他Windows项目.当我退出软件时，他要关闭Winfows会话.  因此可以启动一个应用程序 Explorer.exe.如果是，怎么办，如果没有，我该如何锁定桌面，任务栏.

I have to develop a software for a customer, but he didn't want user be able to acess desktop or taskbar or any other windows item . He wants when i quit the software to close the winfows session.  So is it possible to launch an application instead of explorer.exe. if yes how to do if not, how can i the more lock the desktop, taskbar..
