I'm tryinig to install VS2017RC on my win7 work laptop. When I execute vs_community.exe (or pro or ent), it shows the first dialog with a fast progress bar for one or two seconds, but then silently stops and doesn't do anything else.

The same occurs if I try to generate an offline install.
