更新2919355 。

同时，检查所有其他更新并确保它们已安装。

然后重新启动计算机并重新安装VS 2017。

We are trying to install VS 2017 on our Windows Server 2012, but installer fails immediately saying:

"Windows 8 are not supported. Upgrade to 8.1!" The installer obviously doesn't recognize the OS it is running on.
Is it a known issue? Any chance to fix it?

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

Firstly, please download  and install Update 2919355.

At the same time, check all the other updates and make sure they are installed.

Then reboot your machine and re-install VS 2017 again.
