The URL used by installers that were created with Visual Studio 2005 to download .NET 2.0 has stopped working very recently: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=9832

This is particularly a problem on Windows 10 where .NET 2.0 support is not built in and .NET 3.5 needs to be downloaded and installed for any old .NET 2.0 applications to run.

Does anyone know how I should go about reporting this to Microsoft so that they can fix the URL?
