我的理解是来自临时文件管理器"gthsvc"的文件被认为是木马病毒. My understanding is the files from the temp filer "gthsvc" are being considered as trojan Virus . 这是假阳性，需要在抗病毒中排除. This is false positive and need to be excluded in anti virus . 您需要按照下面的KB排除SharePoint文件夹.
