In the content source I have scheduled  full crawl weekly once. It shows next full crawl date but it is not doing. It is same with incremental crawl.

Check the ULS logs and the Windows Event Viewer in the servers hosting the SharePoint Search components to see if any error occurred.
Also look at the Crawl Log - Crawl History and at the Crawl Log - Error Breakdown in the Search Administration under the SharePoint Central Administration.
