I am trying to register a dll file (fdfacx.dll) on a Windows 7 machine.  I moved the file to the System32 file, ran the command prompt in Administrator Mode (so that it said 'Administrator 'C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe' in the title bar).  From the Administrator Command Prompt I typed 'regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\fdfacx.dll'

After this the error 0x80020009 came up that the module was loaded but the call to the DllRegisterServer failed.

It seems like on every other thread from the forum the problem was that the command prompt program wasn't being run in administrator mode, but I'm already doing that.

Hkey_Classes_Root (advanced button, both checkboxes, inherit.., and replace...)
