I'm trying to install Visual Studio Community 2015 on a Windows 7 machine.  I am getting the following errors: 

• Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0:软件包失败.

Prior to this installation I had tried before, and determined that an old VS 2013 instance might be the problem; so I uninstalled everything that seemed relevant to VS.  I have reduced the errors by two thirds, but I'd like to get it clean.  Any suggestions?
