Hey, can you please help me...??

实际上，我单击了帮助菜单中的注册产品"选项...然后我单击了立即注册"选项.....之后，Microsoft页的新选项卡打开了..但是我找不到任何选项或源在该页面上进行注册.....我该怎么办....

Actually i clicked on register product option in help menu...then i clicked on register now option.....a new tab of microsoft page opens up after that....but i cannot find any option or source on that page to register.....what do i do....??
